Ryokan
The majestic view of Wakasa Bay is the biggest draw of this inn. Emphasis is on relaxation, so plenty of cedar, hinoki and other timber is used in the interior. Meals are kaiseki cuisine featuring seafood and with a focus on local production for local consumption. From spring to autumn, you can eat on the terrace while watching the sun set. The view of the sea from the large communal bathing facility and the reservable open-air bath is also splendid.
